I'm in the other side of the world (southern hemisphere), and I have
experienced strange weather.

Last year, in snowed in the middle of winter (for a single day). The
previous snow here was 50 years ago.

This year... It wasn't as cold as it should be, but just a week ago it felt
like winter had just STARTED (it should be ENDING in a few days).
